  • CF General Manager or Executive Director (Proven experience as a developmental lender, working with not-for-profit boards and proven leadership skills are assets that are important for this position)
  • Business Analyst/Business Officer (with focus on lending to and coaching/training for start-up and expanding small & medium-sized enterprises within targeted industry clusters within a CF region)
  • Community Economic Development Officer (focus on building, supporting & promoting entrepreneurial communities especially in the areas of identified industry clusters. CED Officers work in collaboration with Regional Economic Development Alliance or REDA staff and municipal economic development officers)
  • Administrator (bookkeeping including accounts receivable/payable, project management assistance, support to CF board and management)

Each of these career positions is supported by on-the-job and other forms of training designed to ensure career advancement within the local CF office or the Community Futures family in Alberta (27 offices) and across the rest of Canada (268 offices from coast-to-coast-to-coast).
