The workshop starts at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 13 until 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 15, 2010.
Fees:
The following fees include: speakers, coffee breaks and lunches for all three days, breakfasts on the second and third day.
If registered and paid before March 1, 2010: $400.00/person (If paying by cheque, you may post-date it to April 1, 2010 but it must be received before March 1, 2010 for the Early Bird rate.)
If registered and paid after March 1, 2010: $500.00/person (NO EXCEPTIONS)
