Community Futures Alberta Board of Directors 2009- 2010

The CFNA Board is made up of eleven (11) elected Directors, all being residents of Alberta, as follows:
- Five (5) Directors of whom shall be from the Community Futures South Region (being three (3) southern directors presented by the South Region Shareholders to the Shareholders for adoption; and two (2) South Region management staff from South Community Futures organizations presented by the South Region Shareholders to the Shareholders for adoption);
- Three (3) Directors of whom shall be from the Community Futures Northwest Region being two (2) northern directors presented by the Northwest Region Shareholders to the Shareholders for adoption; and one (1) Northwest Region management staff from Northwest Community Futures organizations presented by the Northwest Region Shareholders to the Shareholders for adoption);
- Three (3) Directors of whom shall be from the Community Futures Northeast Region being two (2) northern directors presented by the Northeast Region Shareholders to the Shareholders for adoption; and one (1) Northeast Region management staff from Northeast Community Futures organizations presented by the Northeast Region Shareholders to the Shareholders for adoption)
