Our MISSION:

In order to assist with the accomplishment of this vision, the Board of Community Futures Network of Alberta (CFNA) sees its mission as follows:

"Support Community Futures organizations to achieve economic diversification in rural Alberta”

Community Futures Network of Alberta provides support to the 27 Alberta Community Futures organizations.

Core OBJECTIVES:


  1. Continue to provide services to support member CF organizations in their Community Futures operations;
  2. Facilitate the long-term sustain ability of the Community Futures program in Alberta;
  3. Build stronger and increasingly positive Community Futures Network of Alberta relationships with Alberta CF organizations;
  4. Provide lending and support services to Alberta CF organizations; and
  5. Support the growing Alberta CF focus on rural economic diversification as part of the overall CF economic development strategy.
